School's Out for the Winter

On Monday when there was no school for PPS, we knew it wasn't looking good for the week. Luckily Hildi did have school and Steve was able to get around with studs and four-wheel-drive. Finn built things with legos, played games like UNO, watched hours of Pokemon and had many playdates with friends like Xavier (right) and Mak. We watched a FexEx truck and car get stuck together and pulled out. Then helped two people trying to put on chains (when they got out of their car it went sliding down the road without them). They all got out safely. We had fun. Temp got down to 14 degrees. Got 10" of snow in one day.
